How do guests access the application? expand_more

At check-in, your PMS or front desk staff generates a secure guest access token. This prints as a QR code or sends via SMS/Email. The guest simply scans it to open their white-labeled app inside any mobile browser. No downloads or registrations required.

What happens when a guest checks out? expand_more

Access tokens are bound strictly to stay durations. Once the check-out timestamp passes, the database automatically revokes access to the token, and any subsequent guest requests from that token will be blocked by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security.

Can we connect our existing PMS? expand_more

Yes. QlickInn is designed with an API-first framework. The system can operate standalone (manual front desk check-in) or connect via standard webhook integration patterns with third-party Property Management Systems (PMS) to sync check-ins and check-outs automatically.

Can we change colors and logos dynamically? expand_more

Yes. QlickInn features dynamic white-label configuration profiles. Each tenant hotel can update logos, typography, and styling variables in their settings panel. These brand configurations are loaded instantly when the guest token is authenticated.
